Comfortable, clean and friendly!

Fee shuttle to the airport very comfortable for travellers. Place is clean and facilities are on the average; location is good too as there are many shops and restaurants around but still you have a beautiful view to the ocean (I enjoy an amazing sunrise the day of my departure). They upgraded us to the sea view room instead of the city view booked. Staff extremely gentle and attentive: they prepared us a take away breakfast considering our early check out at 6.30

Budget friendly, convenient, safe for solo female traveler

Accommodated my very early check in and upgraded my room to sea view. Liked that transportation was included in cost. Felt safe for a solo female traveler

Cafe staff weren't as friendly as main staff, stained bath towels. No bikini beaches here. Remember to pack appropriate clothes for the beach in front of the hotel to be culturally respectful

Arriving late at night and then waking up to the amazing views from the room, ready to go and start our adventure.

Decent accommodation with a very helpful staff at a great location next to Hulhumalé beach.

The staff is really helpful. Right from the booking.com messages to check-in experience, they assist you with all your queries. They even upgraded one of our rooms to king size. I would definitely recommend booking the sea facing rooms as they've great views! The location is really great as it's right next to the beach, and is also quite close to multiple restaurants and a grocery store. The staff provided us travel adaptors for our devices, so that was pretty convenient as well!

Unfortunately, our room had faulty air conditioning. The staff tried to fix it and did send a technician, but it wasn't enough. In our 2nd room, the bed was a bit finicky with its frame, though we didn't mention it as it was still comfortable enough. The breakfast service can be improved. The food, especially baked beans, wasn't hot enough or wasn't refilled timely, causing high wait times during your breakfast.

Convenient stay for airport transfers

We stayed one night at Amber Beach after our Maldives vacation, as we had an early morning flight. We were picked up and brought to MLE (15 mins) and were happy with the service, cleanliness and comfort provided. The restaurant in the roof top serves tasty meals, and (being early) we got a breakfast package for take-away that we ate at the airport (fyi first security check allows liquids, the second one after check-in counters not).

Top Notched Cleanliness

Wherever I go, I’m very particular with cleanliness specially. This property surpass led my expectations, cleanliness, room set up. The breakfast buffet is having excellent choices for every nationality. The Manager is very approachable and always ready to assist, and same with his staff. Whenever you are in Hulumale, please don’t hesitate to stay there.

Great for a 1 night stay

I was given a free upgrade on arrival to a room with a view which was really appreciated. Sometimes all you need is just that view -The location was perfect - The room was nice for a 1 night stay - Very nice and helpful staff - Thank you Amy & bhagy & madhu for your hospitality

- Might think about providing a soap and dental kit - Wifi was not so great will need to work on that

One of the best.

The place is amazing. The sea view is outstanding . The rooms are well furnished and clean. The toilet and the shower room are comfy. They also serve tasty and fresh food for breakfast. Regarding the staff, they are all helpful and cooperative, always smiling and greeting. Room service is available on regular basis and not annoying at all. The head of the front desk (Mr. Bhagyanath R.) is a very nice, decent and cooperative man. He knows how to manage everything in a professional way. He is a good image for the place. The place is highly recommended, excellent spot for affordable prices.

Enjoyed our transit through Male on our way out for Maldives. Highly recommend.

Having traveled through Male several times, this was one of the best properties I stayed at. New, clean, well equipped - very good bed! Great buffet breakfast. Great, attentive staff.

Great little hotel with lovely sea view. Amazing and very helpful staff. Lovely little restaurant and every dish was a winner. Very clean, comfy bed and good WIFI.
